MOHAN is an acronym for Multi Organ Harvesting Aid Network and was established in 1997. It is a not-for-profit, non governmental organization started to promote organ donation. It is registered as a Trust vide Register No.285 of 98 dated 4th August 1997 in Tamil Nadu. It has Income Tax exemption under Section 80G and 35AC of the IT Act 1961. We are approved recipients under the Foreign Contributions Regulatory Act, 1976. MOHAN Foundation has CSR certificate from Govt. of India for donations. Our certificate number is CSR00001259 The Foundation has offices in Chennai (H.Q), Hyderabad, Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Jaipur, Mumbai, Chandigarh, Nagpur and USA
